The natural environment

To find a pristine place like the Tenuta di Poggiolame in the heart of Europe we still find mindboggling. We live not only in an emerging climate crisis, but also in a biodiversity crisis - which will affect humankind profoundly in the near future. In Tenuta di Poggiolame we found to be a place where there are many niches for different kinds of wildlife, and biodiversity. We continue to study and observe the nature around us and are learning more every day what it means to think and act in ecological systems. This is a work in progress and we are eager to share what we are finding out with you when taking a stroll through the land here.
